I just signed up to Liz Lamoreux's Inner Excavate Along, a FREE course read-along of Liz's book. If you want to join, please click on the link above and sign up! I loved the book, I can't wait to dive into it more deeply this time and take the time to explore each prompt. There will be a FB group too, so that's a nice way to connect...
